PAKSONG – Lao High Mountain F6 Natural Processed Coffee Beans
Our Arabica beans are grown at high-altitude mountains, in the Bolaven Plateau of southern Laos. Altitude is between 1300-1600m (3000-5000ft), depending on plantations or fields we own. We then hand-pick only ripe, red coffee berries from the trees individually. This is laborious and time-consuming but ensures quality in the cup.
After wet-processing into green coffee beans, we then hand-sort them again to only have nice, full beans.
We roast our beans in Singapore at a high-quality world-class roasting facility using only state-of-the-art Probat roasting machines for both calibration and batch roasting.

It has a balance between great acidity and body and the unique flavor, including light lemony citrus, slightly earthy and nutty chocolate notes. Our City Plus Roast Arabica is an excellent example of a balanced, bright, smooth coffee that dances on the palate.
